The operator of Flight Ball Information Hub (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator") establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of personal information of users (hereinafter referred to as "Members") in the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").
Members are requested to carefully read and agree to this Privacy Policy together with the Terms of Service before using the Service. By starting to use the Service, Members shall be deemed to have understood this Privacy Policy, which explains the acquisition, use, provision, and storage of personal information by the Operator.

In addition, the Operator may collect transaction records and payment-related information containing Members' personal information from business partners (including information providers, advertisers, and ad distribution destinations; hereinafter referred to as "Partners").
Article 3 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information)
The purposes for which the Operator collects and uses personal information are as follows:
- To provide and operate the Service
- To respond to inquiries from Members (including identity verification)
- To send emails regarding new features, updates, campaigns of the Service being used by Members, and other services provided by the Operator
- To contact Members as necessary for maintenance and important notices
- To identify Members who violate the Terms of Service or attempt to use the Service for fraudulent or improper purposes and refuse their use
- To allow Members to view, modify, delete their registered information, and view usage status
- To charge Members for paid services
- For purposes incidental to the above purposes of use
Article 4 (Changes to Purpose of Use)
- The Operator shall change the purpose of use of personal information only when it is reasonably recognized that the new purpose is related to the original purpose.
- When the purpose of use is changed, the Operator shall notify Members of the changed purpose by the prescribed method or publicly announce it on this website.
Article 5 (Restrictions on Use of Personal Information)
- The Operator will not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent of the user, except in the following cases. However, this excludes cases permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other laws and regulations.
- When required by law
- When necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain the Member's consent
- When particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children and it is difficult to obtain the Member's consent
- When it is necessary to cooperate with a national or local government agency or a person entrusted by them in performing duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the Member's consent may hinder the performance of such duties
Article 6 (Proper Acquisition of Personal Information)
The Service acquires personal information properly and does not acquire it through deception or other improper means.
Article 7 (Security Management of Personal Information)
The Service shall take necessary and appropriate supervision over its operators to ensure the secure management of personal information against risks such as loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage. In addition, when outsourcing all or part of the handling of personal information, the Service shall conduct necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure secure management at the outsourcing party.
Article 8 (Provision to Third Parties)
The Service will not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent of Members, except when disclosure is permitted under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations. However, the following cases shall not fall under provision to third parties:
- When personal information is provided in connection with outsourcing all or part of its handling within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
- When personal information is provided as a result of business succession due to merger or other reasons
- When personal information is jointly used in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information
Article 9 (Disclosure of Personal Information)
When requested by a Member to disclose personal information based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Service will disclose it to the Member without delay after confirming that the request is made by the Member本人 (本人確認). If such personal information does not exist, the Service will notify accordingly. However, this shall not apply when the Service is not obligated to disclose under laws and regulations.
Article 10 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
- Members may request correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "Correction, etc.") of their personal information held by the Operator if it is incorrect, in accordance with procedures specified by the Operator.
- If the Operator determines that it is necessary to respond to such request, it shall perform the Correction, etc. without delay.
- The Operator shall notify the Member without delay when Correction, etc. is performed or when it decides not to perform it.
Article 11 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)
If a Member requests suspension or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension, etc.") of personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the stated purpose or was obtained by improper means, and it is found that the request has valid grounds, the Service shall confirm the identity of the Member and carry out Suspension, etc. without delay and notify the Member. However, this shall not apply if the Service is not obligated under laws and regulations.
Article 12 (Changes to Privacy Policy)
- The contents of this Policy may be changed without notifying Members, except as otherwise provided by laws or in this Policy.
- Unless otherwise specified by the Operator, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect when it is posted on this website.
Article 13 (Statement Based on External Transmission Regulations)
When the Operator uses cookies in association with personal information, the purpose of use will be stated in this Policy.
