要点。PlotScope は、お客様の点群データ・解析結果・個人情報を
外部へ送信しません。利用状況の収集（テレメトリ）も行いません。
外部と通信するのは背景地図の取得のときだけで、これは設定で止められます。
1. 収集しない情報
PlotScope は次のいずれも収集・送信しません。
- お客様が読み込んだ点群データ（LAS / LAZ / COPC）およびその内容
- 解析結果（立木本数、樹高、樹冠面積、位置など）
- お名前、メールアドレス、その他の個人を識別する情報
- 操作履歴・起動回数・不具合情報などの利用状況（テレメトリ）
- ファイル名やフォルダの一覧
アカウント登録は不要で、ログインの仕組みもありません。
2. 外部へ送信される唯一のもの — 背景地図
地図画面の背景に航空写真や地形図を表示するため、地図タイルの提供元へ 通信します。これが本ソフトウェアで発生する唯一の外部通信です。

通信を止めるには
背景地図の種類から「なし」を選ぶと、本ソフトウェアは外部へ一切通信しません。 インターネットに接続していない環境でも、背景地図が表示されないだけで、 解析機能はすべて動作します。
お客様が背景地図を追加した場合
設定フォルダに basemaps.json を置いて独自の地図を追加した場合、
上記と同じ情報がその提供元へ送信されます。追加した提供元の利用条件の確認、
および URL に含めた認証キーの管理は、お客様の責任で行ってください。
Pamo Works は追加された提供元との通信内容を関知しません。
3. お客様の端末内に保存されるもの

いずれもお客様の端末内にのみ保存され、外部へ送信されることはありません。 設定と地図タイルの控えは、本ソフトウェアをアンインストールすると削除されます。 点群の下準備は、読み込んだ点群と同じフォルダにあるため残ります。アプリの 「ファイル → この点群の下準備を削除」から削除できます。
4. 第三者への提供
Pamo Works は、お客様の情報を第三者へ提供・販売しません。
本ソフトウェアは Microsoft Store を通じて販売されます。購入手続き・支払い・ 返金は Microsoft が行い、Pamo Works が個々のお客様の氏名・住所・支払い情報を 受け取ることはありません。Microsoft から提供されるのは、購入数などの 集計された情報のみです。Microsoft による情報の取り扱いについては、 Microsoft プライバシー ステートメントをご確認ください。
5. お子様の利用について
本ソフトウェアは森林調査を目的とした業務用ソフトウェアであり、 お子様を対象としていません。年齢に関する情報を収集することもありません。

PlotScope Privacy Policy

In short. PlotScope does not send your point cloud data,
your results, or any personal information anywhere. It collects no telemetry.
The only outbound traffic is fetching background map tiles,
and you can turn that off.
1. What we do not collect
PlotScope neither collects nor transmits any of the following:
- The point clouds you open (LAS / LAZ / COPC) or their contents
- Your results (tree counts, heights, crown areas, positions)
- Your name, email address, or any other identifying information
- Usage data such as session counts, feature usage, or crash reports
- File names or directory listings
No account is required and there is no sign-in mechanism.
2. The one thing that leaves your computer — map tiles
To draw aerial imagery or topographic maps behind the plot view, PlotScope requests map tiles from a tile provider. This is the only outbound network traffic the software makes.

Turning it off
Selecting "none" as the background map stops all outbound traffic. PlotScope works fully offline; only the background imagery is unavailable.
If you add your own map source
If you add a map source by placing basemaps.json in the settings
folder, the same information is sent to that provider instead. Reviewing that
provider's terms, and safeguarding any access key you put in the URL, is your
responsibility. Pamo Works has no visibility into that traffic.
3. What is stored on your computer

All of these stay on your computer and are never transmitted. Settings and the tile cache are removed when you uninstall PlotScope. Prepared files sit beside your own data and therefore remain; you can remove them from File → Delete prepared files for this cloud.
4. Disclosure to third parties
Pamo Works does not sell or disclose your information to third parties.
PlotScope is sold through the Microsoft Store. Purchase, payment, and refunds are handled by Microsoft; Pamo Works does not receive your name, address, or payment details. Microsoft provides us only with aggregated figures such as the number of purchases. For Microsoft's own handling of data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
5. Children
PlotScope is professional software for forest survey work and is not directed at children. It collects no age information.
